Triple Stack Battery Extractors
BE-TS
A High-Capacity Forklift Battery Changer with IIoT Integration
BHS Triple Stack Battery Extractors (BE-TS) travel safely up to three tiers high, providing quick and reliable transportation for forklift batteries of virtually any size. The BE-TS is ideal for expanding battery collections, and provides particular benefit to forklift fleets that use between 150 and 299 batteries.
A full range of sensors within the unit provides real-time data on usage and system health, accessible through the BHS IIoT Portal. Admins can acces the Portal from anywhere with internet connectivity through a secure login. Portal users can authorize operator accounts, view data on use sessions, and check notifications regarding key system perameters. The IIoT system also emails these notifications to users of the admin’s choice.
High-Capacity Battery Handling with a Smaller Footprint
The BE-TS features a heavy-duty steel frame, dual-battery beds with powered rollers, and a unique extractor arm for added efficiency. Twin-chromed and hardened shafts guide extractor arm travel, with four-point bearing contact contributing to the extraordinary stability of the extraction system. Vacuum grips treat battery cases gently and attach firmly to batteries in under a second, and optional magnetic extraction provides efficient change-outs for batteries with slim casings.
Two independent drive wheels power floor travel. This synchronized drive system provides smooth travel in any conditions. The IIoT system alerts authorized users if it detects unequal chain alignment, preventing damage to the unit and hazards to operators.
With a wide range of stock safety features, both mechanical and digital, and even more available as optional additions, the BE-TS keeps staff and infrastructure low-risk and productive. Call our sales team at 1.800.BHS.9500 to learn more.
