Choosing Order Picker Carts and Platforms From BHS, Inc.
We offer carts (with wheels) and platforms (without wheels) for order pickers (standard forks) and furniture order picker trucks (extra-long forks). That’s two types of attachments in two different sizes, leading to four product categories.

Find the perfect order picker attachment for your fleet by following three easy steps:
1. Choose between carts and platforms.
Modular Order Picker Carts and Order Picker Furniture Carts support material handling both on and off the order picker truck. They roll on a combination of swivel casters and fixed wheels for a balance between maneuverability and steady tracking. Swivel casters include brakes for stability during loading/unloading tasks. Platform models omit casters. Choose Modular Order Picker Platforms or Order Picker Furniture Platforms to expand order picker functionality, without manual mobility off the forks.
2. Pick a size.
Modular Order Picker Carts and Platforms are sized to fit standard order picker trucks, with deck lengths of 42 to 60 inches (1067 to 1524 millimeters). Order Picker Furniture Carts and Platforms are built for the longer forks of furniture order pickers. They’re available in lengths ranging from 72 to 96 inches (1829 to 2438 millimeters).
3. Select optional components.
Modular design allows you to configure units for specific loads, jobs, and use cases. Depending on the model, options may include:
