Canadian Safety and Health Regulations for Warehouse Equipment

In Canada, provincial governments make the laws that protect workers from occupational injuries. So the location of a warehouse is crucial to determining which standards and regulations must be followed to comply with OSH legislation.

Each of Canada’s 10 provinces, three territories, and single federal government comprises its own legal jurisdiction for the purposes of workplace safety rules.
