May 23, 2016 – St. Louis, Missouri – Battery Handling Systems, Inc. (BHS), a leading manufacturer of battery handling and warehouse equipment, has launched an informative new page on their website. The latest addition to BHS’ online home will collect case studies on the company’s successes with customers, offering readers a client’s perspective on BHS products and services.
These case studies include detailed analysis of many BHS products and their specific features. So far, articles have reported on the installation of Battery Extractor Systems, Wash Equipment, Battery Fleet Management Systems, Wastewater Recycling Systems, and more.
“Before they make an investment, customers want to know a company’s track record,” said Katy Cortinovis, Marketing Manager at BHS. “Our case studies share the whole range of experiences, from picking out equipment through installation, training, and support.”
Each entry on the new Case Studies page tells the story of a specific customer interaction, including product details, specific challenges, and the step-by-step installation process, from beginning to end. Case studies focus on the problems that led these clients to BHS. They include expert analysis, which provides a reason why the product will be beneficial, and the eventual solution BHS provided. Finally, they report on the ongoing results of the BHS intervention.
The new web page is simple to navigate, offering one-click access to familiar areas of the site. A sidebar in each case study lists the products included, so it’s easy to research specific equipment.
The company has been collecting case studies like these for years, Cortinovis said, but this is the first time they’ve made them available for general readers online.
“Everything we make is aimed at a particular, real-world challenge,” she said. “Case studies show how that works. They give us terrific feedback, but they also help dealers and end-users alike get to know our story.”
